The Design,Synthesis And Properties Of Complexes Based On N-heterocyclic Carboxylic Acid Derivatives | Posted on:2018-12-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Q Zhu | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2321330542952890 | Subject:Materials Physics and Chemistry | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Pyrazole carboxylic acid compounds are important and practical organic ligands,which have important application value in pharmaceutical synthesis and chemical reaction.The pyrazole carboxylic acid compounds have the following advantages:(1)pyrazole carboxylic acid compounds contain rich coordination atoms such as N,O and so on;(2)the rigidity of the pyrazole ring can ensure the coordination structure is more stable;(3)the coordination plane of the carboxyl group can rotate,and can coordinate with a variety of metals,including transition metal and even rare earth metal ions,and eventually get the new,powerful metal organic complex.In this paper,1-(3-pyridyl)-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid(H2L1)was synthesized from 3-aminopyridine as a starting material for the reaction.And five complexes were obtained by self-assembly reaction using the compound as organic ligand and various metal salts.The elemental analysis of the obtained complex was carried out to determine the elemental composition,infrared spectrum and X-ray single crystal diffraction to determine its spatial structure.The complex was also subjected to fluorescence spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis to study its thermal stability.(4-formyl-pyrazole)methane(L2)and its hydrolyzate bis(4-formyl-pyrazole)methane(H2L3)were synthesized by a series of steps using pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid as the starting material for reaction.And six complexes were obtained by using these two compounds as organic ligands and a variety of metal salts through self-assembly reaction.The elemental analysis of the obtained complex was carried out to determine the elemental composition,infrared spectrum and X-ray single crystal diffraction to determine its spatial structure,and the complex was also subjected to fluorescence spectroscopy to test the thermogravimetric. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Pyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives, Complexes, Fluorescence properties, Thermal stability | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
