Halloysite nanotube?HNTs?is a new natural aluminosilicate nanometer material with a special nanoporous structure,excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility,making it have a potential application inmany areas,such as nanocomposite fillers,drug release carriers,contaminants adsorbent,tubular composite assembly.But its high pipeline disorder caused its pipeline utilization is low,thus greatly affected its wide application in the above areas.In this paper,we used halloysite nanotubes as the substrate,studied the possibility of changing the halloysite nanotubes from disorder to orderly.The structure and properties of the synthetic material were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,N2adsorption-desorption,transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.And we also studied the adsorption and desorption properties of synthetic materials on sulfur thiophene sulfur and contaminants in sewage?bisphenol A?and the factors that affect the adsorption properties of synthetic materials.Finally,the adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamic properties of bisphenol A adsorption were discussed.It was found that the aluminum composition of halloysite was adjusted by calcination and acid treatment,and the nanotubes could be changed from disordered to ordered.The ordered multi-channel nanomaterials we fabricate are structurally similar to the basic structural features of MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves.However,the most significant difference compared with MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve is that the newly synthesized material has two kinds of pore structure.The ratio of silica to aluminum,the amount of template,alkalinity,crystallization pH and crystallization time all affected the order of nanotubes.The adsorption performance of synthetic materials on the thiopHene sulfur and bisphenol A was higher than that of HNTs,which was slightly better than that of MCM-41.In addition,high order,large surface area,large pore volume,high surface acidity and load metal and other factors are conducive to synthetic materials on the oil thiophene sulfur adsorption performance.When the templating agent is not removed,the adsorption performance of synthetic materials on bisphenol A in water greatly improved.The adsorptive process of BPA adsorbed on the adsorbent was in accordance with the quasi-second order kinetic model.The adsorption isotherm was in accordance with the Langmuir adsorption isothermal model and the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 322.6 mg/g,which was better than that of many adsorbents.The adsorption thermodynamics analysis showed that the adsorption process of bisphenol A was a spontaneous exothermic process.
