Perovskite metal oxide is a traditional inorganic compound and have extensive application in solid oxide fuel cell,metal-air battery,ORR and OER.We try to prepare LaMO3?M=Ni,Co?with uniform microtopography using solovthermal synthesis,and make it as supecapacitor electrode.Because supercapacitor is an hotspot in energy field for researchers,and many people try their best to search excellent material for supercapacitor.Peroviskite is an new material for supercapacitor and we will study the preparation method of perovskite metal oxide,then the new structural perovskite metal oxide can be used in supercapacitor material.Firstly,we prepare LaMO3 precursor with uniform microstructure using solovthermal synthesis in glycerine and isopropanol solution,and we can have LaMO3 by annealing LaMO3 precursor.La NiO3 with hollow spherical structure can be prepared through controlling annealing time in air,and the size of LaNiO3 can be adjusted by adding surfactant?PVP?or changing the ratio of glycerine and isopropanol solution.Similarly,we have La CoO3 microsphere in oxygen,and which size can be controlled by adding PVP or adjusting the ration of glycerine and isopropanol solution.We research LaNiO3 in supercapacitor and found La NiO3 with hollow spherical structure have high specific capacitance(422 F g-1).After 5000 cycles,the capacitance of LaNiO3 still maintained 83%at 5 A g-1.Exceptly,we also research the electrochemical performance of LaCoO3,and found it have capacitance.From the above we can know the perovskite metal oxide have favorable prospect in supercapacitor material.
