Fluorescence detection technology is widely used in the research of sensors and optoelectronic devices due to its high sensitivity and low noise.However,the traditional fluorescence probe in the aggregation occurs when the fluorescence quenching phenomenon?Aggregation affected quenching,ACQ?,affecting its application in the field of detection.2001,Tang et al discovered the aggregation induced emission?AIE?characteristics solved this problem.It was found that molecules with AIE effect did not emit light in the solution state and emit strong fluorescence in the aggregated state.Scientists use this feature to synthesize a variety of new AIE fluorescent probes and apply them to chemical sensing and biological monitoring.TPE compounds are widely used in AIE molecules because of their ease of synthesis and high fluorescence quantum yield.In addition,triazole because of its aromatic and rich in electronic,which has a strong complex metal ions and the ability to form hydrogen bonds,widely used in medicine,pesticides and chemical fields.This paper from the molecular design point of view,the aggregation-induced luminescent molecular compounds with tetraethylene fluorescent units and triazolium salt units were prepared for the first time,and the AIE characteristics of these molecules and their applications in heavy metal ion detection and anion detection.The main contents and results of this thesis are as follows:1.The tetraethylene compounds were synthesized by click chemistry,after the alkylation reaction,four kinds of triazolium salts with excellent coordination ability were constructed?TPE-I,TPEO-I,TPE-BF4,TPEO-BF4?,and their AIE characteristics of a detailed study.In an organic solvent/water mixed solution.With the increase of water content,the fluorescence intensity was gradually increased.2.Based on the above work,this paper continues to examine the use of TPE-I and TPEO-I in other applications,high sensitivity specificity detection of Hg2+can be achieved in ACN/H2O mixed solvent system.The fluorescent probe can induce the aggregation of Hg2+in a mixed solvent.So that the rotation of the benzene ring is limited to achieve the probe luminescence.In summary,the preparation method of AIE fluorescent probe based on triazolium salt molecule was developed for the first time in this paper.
