The curing process of composite materials is very complicated.There are many factors affecting the final quality of the components.The most important factor is the uniformity of the temperature field.In the process of curing of composite materials,the internal deformation is not consistent with the temperature distribution.Some of the residual stress will be released after unloading pressure,which causes deformation.The study of the temperature field is the basic of analyzing the deformation of composite components.This article analyzes the curing process of heat transfer and deformation from the factors that affecting the deformation of composite curing.The mathematical model of the composite curing is established.The finite element method is used to analyze the temperature field and the result is compared with experiment data,which verifies the accuracy of the model.Different curing models are selected for different resin materials.The temperature curve and the curing curve are obtained.Subroutine is created based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The curing reaction kinetics equation is introduced into heat conduction equation.The temperature curve,the thickness of the composite components,heat conduction coefficient,thickness of the mold,the material of the mold and other effects on curing temperature field are discussed.On this basis,the curing deformation of L-shaped composite component is analyzed.The model prediction with the error of the calculated precisely is compared.The layer effects on curing deformation is investigated.This paper analyzes the composite curing forming process by finite element simulation.The influences of heat conduction coefficient and temperature gradient on temperature field and curing degree field are obtained.The effect of laminated material on curing deformation is also obtained.The method can save time and cost and provides theoretical basis for actual production.
