Affected by soil,industrial wastewater and various impurities pollution,the surface water promotes bacteria growth.Even after coagulation,sedimentation,filtration,there are still harmful microbes,so we must pay full attention to water's sterilization and filtration.With the development of antibacterial technology,the research of antibacterial water filtration materials becomes a hot topic.Sliver nanoparticles are often used as antibacterial agent and has set up a file in the application of inorganic antibacterial agent,due to its' efficiency of security,non-toxic,antibacterial properties.The hydroxyethyl cellulose aerogel is a kind of porous material,having a great specific surface area,and providing a good framework for antibacterial agents.Also as the third generation of aerogel,The hydroxyethyl cellulose the advantage of green renewable cellulosic materials.In this paper,the sliver nanoparticles are prepared by liquid phase reduction method.The formation mechanism was elucidated and discussed.The result shows that the average grain diameter of nano-silver was 5-10 nm with excellent stability and uniformity.And the antibacterial properties of silver nanoparticles were evaluated,the bacterial circle diameter against Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)and Escherichia.coli(E.coli)can reach 1.42 cm and 1.33 cm respectively.The hydroxyethyl cellulose-polyvinyl pyrrolidone(HEC-PVP)composited aerogel were prepared using HEC,PVP and sliver nanoparticles were used as raw materials.The antibacterial properties and preparation process of the HEC-PVP were researched.Introducing HEC-PVP with PVP and HEC ratio of 4:6;viscosity size of 5000-6400 mpa.s HEC;mixed time of 35 minutes;mixing temperature of 40 ?,antibacterial agent concentration of 0.25 mol/l.The results indicated the final aerogel HEC-PVP has excellent structural stability,mechanical properties and antibacterial properties.The bacterial circle diameter against S.aureus and E.coli can reach 1.31 cm and 1.24 cm respectively;the bacterial reduction rates against S.aureus and E.coli were 96.69 % and 96.625% respectively.The HEC-PVP has a far-reaching significance for the development of the antibacterial filtering material.
