Study On Remediation Of Non Volatile Organics Contaminated Soil By Gemini Surfactants

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons?PAHs?,as persistent pollutants,are seriously harmful to soil.Gemini surfactant has lower micelle concentration and better solubilization effect,and has good application prospect for soil remediation with organic pollutants.This paper uses the quaternary ammonium Gemini surfactant solubilization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by experiment and soil elution experiment inquiry,the effects of solubilization conditions,optimum temperature,salinity etc.Firstly,the surface tension of different chain length quaternary ammonium cationic Gemini surfactants C_12-2-8,C_12-2-12,C_12-2-16 was measured to obtain the critical micelle concentration.Three kinds of surfactants were used to study the solubilization of fluorene and biphenyl.The effects of temperature,pH value,addition of metal and inorganic ions on the solubilization of Gemini surfactants were investigated.Secondly,through asymmetric type Gemini surfactant C_12-2-8 and symmetry of Gemini surfactants and their mixture C_12-2-122-2-12 and nonionic surfactant TX-100,anionic surfactant SDBS compound,the compound solution derived from the solubilization experiments,explore the impact of compound on the solubilization properties.Finally,the elution experiment on the polluted soil prepared three kinds of Gemini surfactants C_12-2-8,C_12-2-12,C_12-2-16,elution effect of three kinds of surfactants on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons;with a Gemini surfactant C_12-2-16 as the research object,by changing the ratio of solid to liquid,elution time,frequency,influence of various the effect factors on the elution.The research results show that:for biphenyl and fluorene,surfactant solubilization degree of order:C_12-2-16>C_12-2-12>C_12-2-8;the solubilization effect of three Gemini surfactants for fluorene and biphenyl were decreased with the increase of temperature,three kinds of Gemini surfactants was the best pH in the range of 5-7,the solubilization of fluorene and biphenyl with the increase of the concentration of NaCl increased firstly and then decreased.The effects of heavy metal ions with different conditions;increasing the solubilization effect of surfactant on organic pollutants by C_12-2-16compound;soil elution effect is the best with the best elution ratio of liquid to solid15:1,elution of fluorene and biphenyl contaminated soil the best elution time was 10 h,8 h that should be the number of elution.three stage countercurrent and three stage cross the final effect is similar,but the first one saved amount.
