Tungstate photocatalyst is widely concerned because of its low cost,simple preparation method and so on.But its photocatalytic efficiency is not high because it still affected by many factors.Three common tungstates were studied in this paper.Through the composite semiconductor method,the photocatalytic efficiency of the three tungstates is improved.The details are as follows:(1)Thin g-C3N4/?-SnWO4 based heterojunction photocatalyst was fabricated via the theory of band gap using thin g-C3N4 and ?-SnWO4.The samples of thin g-C3N4/?-SnWO4 were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and so on.The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by degradation of rhodamine-B(RhB).The results showed that?-SnWO4 nanoparticles were embedded in the film of thin g-C3N4.Thin g-C3N4/?-SnWO4 with thin g-C3N4 of 80%showed the highest photocatalytic activity.The degradation rate of rhodamine B(RhB)can reach more than 96%after 16 min.(2)Thin g-C3N4/ZnWO4 based heterojunction photocatalyst was fabricated via the theory of band gap using thin g-C3N4 and ZnWO4.The samples of thin g-C3N4/ZnWO4 were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and so on.The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by degradation of rhodamine-B(RhB).The results showed that ZnWO4 nanoparticles were embedded in the film of thin g-C3N4.Thin g-C3N4/ZnWO4 with thin g-C3N4 of 70%showed the highest photocatalytic activity.The degradation rate of rhodamine B(RhB)can reach more than 93%after 40 min.(3)CuS/CuWO4 was fabricated via the theory of band gap using CuS and CuWO4.The samples of CuS/CuWO4 were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and so on.The photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by degradation of rhodamine-B(RhB).The results showed that CuS and CuWO4 were tightly integrated.The samples which the molar ratio of CN2H4S,Cu(NO3)2·3H2O,and Na2WO4 · 2H2O was 0.5:1:1 showed the highest photocatalytic activity.The degradation rate of rhodamine B(RhB)can reach more than 94%after 100 min.
