The ground test is an important means to evaluate the reservoir in the process of oil and gas exploration.Ground test through the ground flow to achieve the throttling,separation,metering and treatment of the formation fluid,in order to obtain the formation parameters and fluid properties,which provide a reliable basis for the later oil and gas field development.In the process of maritime testing,there are prominent problems such as the default process and the actual process,the flow risk is unpredictable,the temporary replacement of equipment and other outstanding problems,which will seriously affect the test success rate and accuracy.In this paper,the oil and gas wells in the western part of the South China Sea are taken as the object of study,and the ground process is researched and analyzed by theoretical analysis,field statistical analysis and computer programming simulation.The ground flow simulation and flow protection calculation method are established,and the flow simulation and flow protection program of ground flow is programmed.The reliability of the simulation results is verified by the measured two wells.The main achievements are as follows:(1)Proposed ground process presets and preferred methods.From the composition and characteristics of the ground process,the paper analyzes the ground process design method,combined with the historical test flow of the western part of the South China Sea,to draw four typical test ground processes,namely,routine testing of ground flow,high temperature and high pressure test ground process,deep water test ground process,three low "and heavy oil test ground process,established according to the depth of water,formation pressure,pore permeability characteristics and formation of crude oil viscosity of the process optimization method.(2)Established the flow simulation and flow guarantee method of ground flow.Based on the theory of pipeline multiphase flow,the dynamic theory of nozzle and the operating conditions of separator,and taking into account the flow calculation logic between ground processes,the simulation method of pressure-temperature-velocity is established.(3)Developed software of the ground process flow simulation and flow protection,it has recommended flow and choke size,calculated the whole process pressure-temperture-velocity,prejudged the process safety and flow risk.According to the development content,the program function module program is designed,namely the data entry module,the pre-decision module,the mobility assurance analysis module.In order to facilitate data management(data addition,deletion and modification,etc),a program database is established,which includes database system.In order to improve the adaptability of the proposed ground process,the collection of existing ground equipment and the establishment of tool library,in order to achieve a set of a variety of equipment program,(4)Evaluate the suitability of W and M well recommendations in the North Sea.Analysis shows:?The recommended process is similar with the implementation process in order of connection,which meet the requirements of simulation and flow risk analysis of actual process.?The error of recommended nozzle size and actual size controlwithin 7%can meet the engineering application requirements.? The pressure value calculated by the homogeneous flow model is less than 10%of the measured error,and the engineering allowable error can be satisfied.?M well‘flow risk do not need to be hydrated,but the erosion and vibration need to prevent.
