The wave shape of the explosive welding interface and the quality of the explosive welding are directly related.It is of great significance to investigate the changes of interface shape and metallographic structure of different explosive welding parameters to determine proper explosive welding technology and parameters.For copper,aluminum and titanium plate materials,with steel as base material,through the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experiment of explosion welding parameters and the microstructure of interface waveforms and study the relationship between the following main conclusions:In theory,the motion velocity and the formation mechanism of the interface wave are analyzed and discussed,and the calculation method of the explosive welding parameters is obtained.The SPH method was used to simulate the LS-DYNA software,and the formation process of the jet flow was captured.The interface shape and the experimental results were roughly consistent.Experimental study of high and low energy explosive types,by adjusting the charge density and charge change the detonation velocity,detonation velocity on welding window within the composite board quality is good,and the higher detonation velocity of the interface wave,the more obvious,but too high or too low detonation velocity are unable to form rule interface can't even get to welding.When the thickness of the plate is increased,the interface wave becomes thinner,and the loading quantity should be increased appropriately.Scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis showed that interface can be formed transitional layer,in combination with the thickness of transition layer can follow welding effect of strengthening and thickening,and waveform becomes unstable,the need to reduce the thickness of the charge.To form a regular and small interface waveform,it is necessary to take into account the welding parameters of the explosion,and the reprocessing procedure is necessary for the quality of the composite board.
