Bolt flange connection system is widely used in process industrial equipment and pipelines, with good sealing performance and easy to disassemble and so on.Among them, the bolt should ensure that the connection system of tightness, and have good stiffness and strength.Bolt connection by a larger mechanical load and uneven force, prone to fracture failure, resulting in leakage of the flange connection system, therefore, the failure of the bolt analysis is of great significance.Based on the situation of fracture failure analysis of bolts in compressor primary intake valve cover of lubricating oil hydrogenation unit in the actual project,we studied the fracture of bolts and then drew the reason of the cracking failure.Meanwhile,we put forward suggestions and measures for improvement on the basis of this, which play a certain guiding role in engineering practice.First of all, this paper describes the working principle of the compressor, operating conditions, fault conditions, and in accordance with the most rigorous operating parameters of the compressor inlet valve bonnet bolts to check the strength;Secondly, through the macroscopic analysis and microscopic analysis of the fracture of the bolt specimen, the generation and failure of the bolt crack are analyzed and studied; Finally, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the stress of the bolts, and the stress of the bolts under the preload and working load is simulated and analyzed. At the same time, the fatigue life of the bolts is analyzed.
