Because microbial oils(ARA and DHA)belong to polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),they have the disadvantage of being oxidized and their unique odor,which limits their application fields.The powder oil made from microbial oil by microencapsulation technology has many advantages,such as easy oxidation,stable nature,easy transportation and storage,wide application,etc.It is also popular in the fields of food,medicine and cosmetics.According to the demand of the market,this paper designed a high pressure spray drying process production line with 1000 tons annual output of microbial grease microcapsule,focusing on the process design and installation arrangement of high-pressure spray tower,and analyzing the advantages of high-pressure spraying technology.The sodium caseinate,spray dried starch sugar,sodium citrate and VcNa were dissolved evenly to obtain the liquid.After the liquid and grease(ARA or DHA)were filtered,the emulsion was obtained on-line shearing emulsification.After the homogenization of the emulsion on-line sterilization,then the emulsion was sprayedaccording to the set pressure,and out to the finished storage tank.According to the design foundation parameter,the material accountancy and the heat balance were calculated.The pressure spray drying tower and its accessory equipment were emphatically calculated,then according to the design of the drying tower,the corresponding material and discharge system was configured to meet the design requirements.According to workshop layout,combined with the specific situation of spray technology,the ingredients,shear,homogenization is in a working area,spray drying and fluidized bed and packaging is in a functional area.Finally,the cost of the process of the pressure spray drying tower was accounted for,and the cost analysis shows that: the ARA powder product is designed and manufactured by the process,the cost is 92% of the average cost of the 2013 and 2014,and the energy consumption is reduced by 10%.
