Catalytic reforming reaction is the process of converting naphtha into hydrocarbon-riched reformate and producing hydrogen under certain temperature,pressure,hydrogen and catalyst.The catalyst is one of the key factors of the reforming technology,which can promote the rearrangement of the molecular structure in the naphtha distillate or the reaction process,and produce aromatics or alkanes.The main research content of this paper is to use a set of 600,000 tons/year continuous reforming unit,we adopt ultra low pressure reaction craft to produce the reform part,as for the regeneration part we adopt UOP Cyclemax Catalyst Regeneration Technology,filling with PS-VI continuous reforming catalyst developed by China Petrochemical Research Institute.The simulation results show that when the high partial pressure is maintained in 0.24 MPA,and the reformed initial distillation point,the final distillation point,the reforming reaction temperature and the molar ratio of reforming hydrogen oil were raised up,the rate of gasoline octane yield,the pure hydrogen yield and the benzene yield would be improved,thus the theoretical device profit increased by 103 yuan/ton of reforming feed;And when the pressure of fractionating tower C8101,fractionating tower C8102,fractionating tower C8201,fractionating tower C8202 reduced,the steam dosage and the gas dosage will also reduce,and thus reduced the unit energy consumption by 1.85 kg Standard Oil/ton reforming feed.When the operating conditions of the simulation are adjusted to reality,the yield of gasoline octane number increased by 55%,pure hydrogen yield increased by 0.06%,benzene production rate increased by 0.26%,the actual device profit increased by 113 yuan/ton of reforming feed;After reducing the steam dosage by 433 kg/h,reducing the gas dosage by 79 Kg/h,the unit energy consumption was reduced by 1.52 kg marked oil/ton reforming feed.The result of theoretical simulation is less than that of the actual adjustment,which verifies the feasibility of using simulation software to guide optimization,and provides a powerful basis for optimizing the operation parameters of the device.
