In this paper,the effects of rice husk diameter,adsorption column height,methylene blue,simulated wastewater concentration and flow velocity on the treatment of adsorption column were investigated.The column which bed depths were 6,8 and 10cm respectively was eluted methylene blue wastewater with the concentration of 100mg/ml at 4ml/min.The relationship of breakthrough time(t_a)and depletion time(t_b)along with between packing height(h)were:t_a=18.75h-90(R~2=0.9995),t_b=28h+64.333(R~2=0.9973).For the rice husk adsorption column of bed depth 8 cm,the wastewater concentration at different flow rates were eluted respectively and the relationship of adsorption band length along with between flow rate was:?=0.3175V+5.025(R~2=0.9998).The dynamic test results that rice husk adsorption column treats methylene blue wastewater shows that the rice husk has good adsorption effect on methylene blue in wastewater.When high adsorption column 8 cm column at a flow rate of 6ml/min,the adsorption capacity is 3.63 mg/g.And through the analysis,the adsorption effect of raw rice husk on methylene blue wastewater is low that did't achieve the expected results.In order to improve the treatment effect of rice husk to methylene blue,the adsorption properties of rice husk were further improved by alkali modification.The test was analyzed by the control variable method.When NaOH concentration up to 8%,solid-liquid ratio of modified for20:1,modified time for 50 min and the modification temperature for 50?,the modified rice husk has the best treatment effect on MB that the dynamic adsorption of exhaust time was 657 min and the adsorption capacity was 9.86 mg/g.The results showed that the adsorption effect was much higher than raw rice husk.In order to continue to study the modified capacity of residual alkali solution.Through the 2 recycling residual liquid after modified and using it to modified the rice husk which used as adsorbent.By adsorbing and treating the MB simulated wastewater,the depletion time of the breakthrough curve was 599 min,566 min and the adsorption amount was 8.99 mg/g,8.49 mg/g respectively.It is found that the adsorption effect is decreasing with the increase of the number of recycled liquid.But the rice husk modified by the recovery liquid still has a strong adsorption effect to MB.It shows that the recovery liquid is still exists higher use value,and still has certain modification ability to rice husk.The modified single adsorption although is improved in the adsorption effect,but there are still some leakage in the later stage.In order to make the adsorbent adsorpt more thoroughly to methylene blue,we have contacted the methylene blue and adsorbent in longer times through the series and the adsorbent node will increase.The treatment effect of methylene blue on adsorbent can be enhanced to a greater extent.The original rice husk and modified rice husk are divided into four groups:the original rice husk-raw rice husk,original rice husk-modified rice husk,modified rice husk-raw rice husk and modified rice husk-modified rice husk.After treating the MB simulated wastewater by series adsorption,we obtain the adsorption capacity of four series methods were 6.14mg/g,7.77 mg/g,7.55 mg/g and 10.34 mg/g respectively.The analysis shows that the much modified rice husk exist in the series adsorption column,the later of Exhaustion time,the more adsorption capacity and the better adsorption effect.
