Synthetic ammonia industry is one of the pillar industries of chemical industry,occupies very important position in national economy,ammonia is one of the most important basic chemical products,the production of various chemical products in the first place,the industry for many years in order to promote our country made great contributions to agricultural production and enhance the national economy.But from the perspective of safety,environmental protection and energy conservation,synthetic ammonia industry is a high risk,high energy consumption and heavy pollution industry.To analyze the safety conditions of ammonia plant,the environmental impact analysis and pollution control countermeasures research,to raise the economic efficiency of enterprises and reduce environmental pollution,realize economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit harmony is very necessary.This topic introduces Hubei ChuXing Chemical Co.,Ltd.290 thousand tons/year synthetic ammonia project basic situation,then analysis the project safety design,environmental protection and energy saving design,finally put forward for the project safety,environmental protection and energy saving measures.Main research content includes:the system study of ammonia plant production process,production safety conditions,the production link,and energy consumption,on the basis of choosing effective accident prevention,control of accidents and to reduce and eliminate accidents affect facilities,intrinsically safe production conditions;To predict the emission targets and standards of the organization,choose reasonable "three wastes" pollution control measures to realize cleaner production;Analyze and explore the distance of health protection and safety protection;Calculate project energy consumption and energy efficiency assessment,and evaluate the impact of energy consumption.The research results of this project are beneficial to the improvement of safety,environmental protection and energy conservation of synthetic ammonia construction projects,and provide some theoretical and practical references for the construction of enterprises.
