The rapid development of modern science and technology and production put forward higher and higher demands on the workshop and workshop floor.First,highly clean.Requirementsof floor corrosion-resistant,clean and wear-resistant,indoor air dust content as low as possible,which is not only to improve the demand for working conditions,but also the guarantee of product quality.Second,eliminate static accumulation.The floor is often susceptible to friction due to the accumulation of a large number of electrostatic charge,thus hindering the production operation,interference with precision instrument work and affect the accuracy of product processing,and even cause fire,explosion and other accidents.This paper designed the cement-based self-leveling anti-static floor materials,with infiltration of crystalline base material,anti-static cement-based self-leveling layer and polyurea protective layer three-tier structure,in addition to good protection and decorative properties,but also has a good anti Electrostatic performance.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Developed the infiltration of crystalline base material.In this study,Ordinary Portland Cement 32.5R as paint base materials,adding fine Ca(OH)2,dolomite sand and silica fume as a secondary raw material,followed by addition of instant sodium silicate and sodium stearate as the active material,adding high water reducer regulating paint coagulation time;then coating performance characterization test by determining whether the coating properties developed coating performance requirements.The test method for coating characterization reference to national standards,through a series of experimental tests,this test paint prepared in line with expectations requirements.(2)Developed an anti-static cement-based self-leveling layer.In this study,PO 42.5cement and high alumina cement were used as the binder material,and the natural river sand sanded by 0.6 mm was used as the aggregate.The nano-graphite sheet was used as the anti-static filler,and the best cement-based self-The effect of the amount of graphite on the surface resistance of the floor,to determine the best self-leveling formula and the amount of conductive filler.(3)Developed a polyurea protective layer.Inthis study,we coated the surface of the self-made cement substrate sheet polyurea coating,in addition,polyurea materials were added to the cement formulation to prepare cement-based composite plates,and the plates prepared by two different methods were characterized.The cement base plates with polyurea coating not only keep the original strength of cement base plates,but also improve the surface gloss and porosity greatly.However,cement base plates prepared by polyurea instead of water could not be shaped eventually,and also it affects the original strength largely.So the final choice is to use polyurea coatings as a method of preparing high-strength cement base plates with polyurea as protection.
