Today,the green and circular economy have become the important goals in the new century.Promote the development of enterprises on the basis of strict environmental protection is an important part of economic development.In the past three decades of reform and opening-up,China's economic development has shaken the world.China's economic development is mainly based on the development of heavy industry.and the most heavy industry enterprises take low cost of energy production for the production quantity and scale.The use of energy is not thorough without the decontamination facilities.According to the latest statistics,the main reason of the increasing fog and haze weather in China is the increase in total social energy demand caused by atmospheric pollution emissions increased year by year.These sources of pollution are mainly in the heat and power emissions,industrial heavy chemical enterprises,automobile exhaust,residents of winter heating,living?cooking,hot water?,the demolition of urban construction,construction,etc.One of the reasons is industrial pollution,and the coal pollution accounts for more than 65%of industrial pollution.As the main energy in the clinker production,coal produces a lot of smoke and dust in the combustion process.In addition,it also can form carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,organic compounds and other harmful substances.Nitrogen oxide emissions standards has become a new control index of the cement industry.Therefore,the proper use ofraw material and nox emissions has the great significance to the economic benefit of cement industry and the environmental pollution control.By analyzing and summarizing the formation of NOX in the process of cement clinker production mechanism and major progress of NOX emission reduction technology both at home and abroad,this subject choose the NOX produced from a nissan 2500 tons of clinker precalcining kiln production line in Wuhan Jiang Xia district as the governance object.Due to the use of actual production data validation in cement clinker dry process production line with the strong practicability,it can avoid the risk of large difference between the test of small kiln in the general laboratory and the actual production data applying to the enterprise.Through the results of theoretical analysis,systematic simulation experiments and the comprehensive research making on-site real-time detection data,the article puts forward the test scheme about rational use of coal and selective non catalytic reduction denitration technology combining comprehensive control NOX.The experiments are using on-line detection monitoring harmful gas composition changes,using X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis of the chemical composition of raw materials,fuel and clinker,using X-ray diffraction analysis of clinker mineral composition,and the working properties of the clinker were tested.Firstly,according to the unique characteristics of dry cement clinker production line,this paper puts forward the use of techniques of coal industry through scientific and rational selection of coal combustion,effectively reducing NOX emissions clinker calcination process.Through online comparison test,it found that the oxygen enriched rate will directly affect the formation of NOX in the process of calcination,and the formation of NOX will be increased obviously under the condition of sufficient oxygen content.Through the analysis of the chemical change of the material in the process of the decomposition and reduction of clinker,the logical relation of the reaction is mastered.Through the use of high volatile coal with low sulfur,in view of the hierarchical control technology in the process of calcination,decomposition furnace to form NOX,using piecewise control coal fuel and primary air consumption,to avoid local produce high temperature,so as to adjust the lower oxygen content of combustion,it reached a preliminary NOX emission reduction.Because the enterprise uses coal more economical and more environmentally friendly,while saving the cost,it also has the responsibility to the society's environmental protection cause,promoted the economic and environmental protection.After the engineering design and equipment installation of selective non catalytic reduction,the whole system was debugged and optimized.During the test,it identified that under the condition of a certain amount of ammonia injection and constant working condition,the input point and jet velocity of ammonia injection have great influence on the efficiency of denitrification.Through the contrast test,it optimized the injection point of ammonia water and injection rate,and obtained the best dosage of ammonia to achieve the reasonable use of ammonia water.According to a set of valuable comparative data obtained as the basis,it established the process of denitrification to provide a reasonable control of the guidance.After using the technique of ammonia nitrate,compared and analyzed the characteristics of the clinker,the results showed that the quality of the clinker was excellent,and there was no significant difference in the quality of the clinker.Enterprises not only have the successful treatment of waste gas and achieve the standard discharge,but also effectively protect the quality of the product.The topic use the way by rational use of coal and ammonia injection combination,dramatically reducing the NOX emissions,atmospheric emissions having reached 2015national new environmental law standard.The project conforms to the national industrial policies and local development planning,to meet the environmental protection requirements of"cleaner production,standard emission,total quantity control",reflecting the coordinated development of social benefits with the economic benefits.The successful application of De NOX in NSP clinker production line,not only to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides,has important significance to improve the air quality of the environment,but also has a certain exemplary role to carry out denitrification of industrial enterprises.
