In dye wastewater in addition to a large number of dye molecules and a large number of dye intermediates,dye synthesized additives,hence dye wastewater often have a certain amount of sulfonic group,nitrocellulose,amino and chloride ions,such as aromatic derivatives,but also contains a certain amount of mercury ions,chromium ions,zinc ion and cadmium ion and so on has certain toxic heavy metal ions.Because of its complicated composition makes it bring certain difficulty management technology.One solution to the problem is directly prepared adsorption performance good materials and their compound,for a lot of work for this people.This paper respectively by attapulgite(ATP),montmorillonite(MMT)and sodium alginate(SA)and polypyrrole(PPy)and ferroferric oxide compound(Fe3O4),research on its performance in a series of characterization.Specific research contents and the main results were as follows:1.attapulgite/polypyrrole/iron oxide composite materials is prepared in chemical precipitation method,then it and pure attapulgite were characterized by FT-IR analysis.In this study,congo red is used as simulate dye;Standard curve of congo red;The effects of dyes chargeability to adsorbent;Effect of pH of the dye tn the adsorption;It was also compared adsorption performance of the different modification attapulgite clay for different types of dye and used in the treatment of dyeing and printing wastewater;The effects of adsorption time to adsorbent;The last,it studyied thermodynamics of adsorption kinetics of adsorption.The study showed that attapulgite modified more suitable cationic neutral dye in the adsorption;Adsorption of attapulgite modified significantly better than adsorption of pure attapulgite;As the dye concentration increases,the adsorption amount is increased,but the removal efficiency decreased;Attapulgite modified with Congo red solution for adsorption thermodynamics suitable to Langmuir model.2.montmorillonite/polypyrrole/iron oxide composite materials is prepared in chemical precipitation method,then it and pure attapulgite were characterized by FT-IR analysis.In this study,methylene blue is used as simulate dye;Standard curve of congo red;Effect of pH of the dye tn the adsorption;The effects of adsorption time to adsorbent;The last,it studyied thermodynamics of adsorption kinetics of adsorption.The study showed that montmorillonite modified more suitable cationic neutral dye in the adsorption;Adsorption of montmorillonite modified significantly better than adsorption of pure montmorillonite;As the dye concentration increases,the adsorption amount is increased,but the removal efficiency decreased;Montmorillonite modified with methylene blue solution for adsorption thermodynamics suitable to Langmuir model.3.sodium alginate/polypyrrole/iron oxide composite materials is prepared in chemical precipitation method,then it and pure attapulgite were characterized by FT-IR analysis.In this study,methylene blue is used as simulate dye;Standard curve of methylene blue;Effect of pH of the dye tn the adsorption;The effects of adsorption time to adsorbent;The last,it studyied thermodynamics of adsorption kinetics of adsorption.The study showed that sodium alginate modified more suitable cationic neutral dye in the adsorption;Adsorption of sodium alginate modified significantly better than adsorption ofpure attapulgite;As the dye concentration increases,the adsorption amount is increased,but the removal efficiency decreased;Sodium alginate modified with methylene blue solution for adsorption thermodynamics suitable to Langmuir model.
