Water qua lit y monitor ing was carr ied out wit h overlying water fro m Wanlu Lake.The eutrophicatio n evaluat ion of water bodies and surface sedime nts were carried out.The compos it ion and spat ial distr ib ut ion o f phosphorus in sedime nts were ana lyzed.In addit ion,,In order to provide a scient ific bas is for the eutrophicat ion preve nt ion and control o f Wanlu Lake water body and sedime nt phosphorus release.The ma in achie veme nts obtained in the research are as fo llows.(1)The mo nitor ing and ana lys is of so me phys ical and c hemica l indexes and eutrophicat ion indexes of Lake Wanlu measured at the site of Wanlu Lake showed that the permanganate index ranged fro m 0.66 to 3.58 mg / L,belo nging to C lass I and C lass II water;total The concentrat ion o f nitro gen is between 0.30 and 1.00 mg / L,which belongs to the class ? and class ? water.The total phosphorus concentrat ion is between 0.04 and 0.39 mg / L,the spatia l var iability is great.The overall water qualit y belongs to the class ? water to ? The concentrat ion of chlorophyll a was in the range of 0.7-6.7 ?g / L,and its spatial distr ibut ion was quite different.The evaluat ion of eutrophicatio n of the water body by the comprehe nsive nutr it ion index met hod showed that t hree of t he m showed poor nutr it ion,and the others were in nutr ie nt type.There was a significa nt difference in space fro m the nort h and south directio n,and the risk of cyanobacteria bloo ming toward the north was higher.The degree of eutrophicat ion of the water bodies was evaluated by fuzzy mat hemat ics comprehe ns ive eva luat ion method.A mong them,eutrophicatio n waters accounted for 6%,mild eutrophicat ion waters accounted for 63%,and med ium eutrophicat ion waters 31%.O vera ll,Wanlu Lake is under moderate nutr ient eutrophicat ion status,ind icat ing that appropriate measures should be taken to control the water qua lit y in conta minated waters.(2)The results showed that the content of IP,O P,HC I-P and N AO H-P in t he sedime nts were re lative ly low w it h the average concentrat ion of 0.10 mg / g,0.091 mg / g,0.02 mg / g and 0.02 mg / g.OP spatia l differences,N AO H-P(ie Fe-Al-bound phosphorus)less spatia l differences.HC I-P(calc ium-bound phosphorus)spatia l difference is sma ll.Phosphorus compone nts in each form of phosphorus concentrat ion descending order: IP> OP> N AO H-P> HC I-P.(3)The e ffect of Phoslock and PAC on phospho rus load ing in water was discussed.The results showed that Phoslock could inhib it t he release of total phosphorus fro m sediments better than PAC.Phosphate and phosphate tripo lyphosphate phosphate remova l effect is better than polya luminum chlor ide.Wit h the extens io n of t ime,t he phosphorus-fixing age nt increases the stability o f phosphorus-controlling and long-ter m control of p hosphorus,whic h can reduce the dosage in t he practica l engineering applicat ion.The adsorption of phosphate and tripo lyphosphate by the phosphate-Second-order kinet ic model.Phosphate adsorption by the phosphate-fixing agent accords wit h the Freund lich isother m model,and the phosphorus-fixing a gent adsorbs tripo lyp hosphate more in line w ith t he La ngmuir isother m model.
