| As energy shortage and environmental pollution getting worse,as a kind of renewable clean energy,fuel ethanol is more and more attention by people,synchronous saccharifying fermentation raw materials as a new type of fuel ethanol production process,compared with the traditional cooking fermentation technology,not only can reduce the energy consumption and simplifying the fermentation process,but also can reduce the substrate concentration,reduce the substrate inhibition,more conducive to the generation of ethanol fermentation.In this paper,in a 500 mL conical flask influencing the fermentation process of several important process conditions including acid protease,three kinds of nutrient(NH4Cl and KH2PO4 and KCl)and water than single factor study,optimize the fermentation process,on the basis of the optimum process conditions were determined,in 5L fermentation tank for water material than amplification experiments.Finally through the fermentation kinetics of ethanol is generated to the growth of the yeast analogy,ethanol concentration as the objective function is given to parametric fermentation kinetics model of ethanol fermentation technology optimization for industry to provide basic data and theoretical basis,the actual fermentation process has certain guiding significance.In the acid protease,three kinds of inorganic salt and water material than process optimization research results show that 1.add right amount of acid protease can effectively increase the fermentation of ethanol production.Compared with not adding acid protease,the fermentation of ethanol concentration increased from 85.26(g/L)to 92.09(g/L),and also can effectively inhibit bacterial.2.In the fermentation process with the adding of NH4Cl,gradually reduce the fermentation of ethanol concentration,no NH4Cl added when the concentration of ethanol fermentation maximum 112.92(g/L),the presence of chlorine may to some extent to disturb the normal proliferation and metabolism of yeast,adding the right amount of KH2PO4 and KCl will help improve the fermentation of ethanol concentration,adding in the KH2PO4 1.67×10-3 g/(g·raw materials),KCl 2.40×10-3 g/(g·raw materials),in ethanol fermentation maximum 124.97(g/L).3.Will the optimized new fermentation in 5L fermentor were enlarged experiment,compared with the original process(NH4Cl 3.0×10-3g/(g·raw materials),KH2PO4 3.0×10-3 g/(g·raw materials),KCl 2.4×10-3 g/(g·raw materials)than in the water ratio of 1:2.The concentration of ethanol fermentation under 0 rise by97.35(g/L)to 109.40(g/L),the optimization effect is good.In this paper,the kinetics of ethanol is generated analogy is the growth dynamics of bacteria,is used to describe synchronization fermentation with uncooked Logistic model of ethanol and Gompertz model,and through different water material ratio 1:2.0,1:2.5,1:3.0,1:3.5 ethanol generate the data of the two kinds of model to parametric to synchronous Logistic system of ethanol fermentation with uncooked materials parameterized model and Gompertz model.And material water ratio 1:20 fermentation data of re parameterization of raw synchronous fermentation of ethanol from logistic model and Gompertz model is verified.Last by the fit of the two models by comparison,we can see Gompertz model match with actual kinetics of ethanol is generated more. |
