Abstract/Summary:
China is the world’s coal-producing countries,but also the world’s coke producing countries,each year from the coal chemical enterprises to produce large amounts of coal tar products.Because the coal tar products are not easy to be treated,easy to pollute the environment,resulting in the coal tar has not been effective treatment and reuse.Heavy benzene is a by-product from crude benzene hydrogenation plant.Before the first general removal of heavy crude benzene hydrogenation of benzene.The low heavy benzene price has seriously influenced the overall efficiency of crude benzene hydrogenation plant.How to recycle heavy benzene is a problem that deserves attention.Energy is scarce in China,this paper mainly aims to make better use of the coal tar and heavy benzene through hydrogenation technology and turn them into fuel oil with high added value.It hopes to alleviate the present energy shortage in China,and protect the environment.The main research content of this paper is as follows:1.Coal tar and heavy benzene hydrogenation process can not only consume some coal tar products,but also convert heavy benzol and improve the utilization of coal tar and heavy benzene.Extending the use of heavy benzene and coal tar will help improve overall benefits,especially when coarse benzene hydrogenation plant is struggling with low profits at present.2.The coal tar and heavy benzene mixed hydrogenation process,the obtained product quality is good,belongs to the clean production process.The light fuel octane number is above 95,and heavy fuel oil cetane number is above 32.3.In the process of hydrogenation,hydrotreating and hydrocracking reaction temperature and reaction pressure is the main influence factors.Hydrogenation reaction temperature is controlled at 280 ℃,hydrocracking reaction temperature at 320 ℃,hydrogenation reaction pressure at 9.3 Mpa.4.In the process of hydrogenation reaction,catalyst plays a vital role.This process mainly applies hydrorefining and hydrocracking catalysts.Other catalysts include protection and metal catalysts.Because catalysts are in oxidation state during filling process,they should be vulcanized first to improve activity.Catalysts will be recovered after being used for a period of time to maintain its activity.
