In recent years,the frequent occurrence of sudden pollution incidents in rivers has caused huge losses to the social economy.Serious environmental impact has become a huge threat to the quality of water safety,water ecology and water environment in our country,which has aroused wide public concern.Based on this,in this paper,with Harbin songhua river as the research object,on the basis of pollution sources to determine the risk of sudden water pollution using mathematical simulation method was studied,in this paper,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:with Harbin songhua river as the study area,the main research on hydrodynamic and water quality of Harbin songhua river basin runoff influence and changing law of space and time,by establishing a mathematical model to realize the numerical simulation of the water environment.By environmental fluid dynamics code?EFDC?model of Harbin songhua river section of hydrodynamic water quality model is established,and hydrology,water quality monitoring data of the parameters of the model calibration and verification.The DEM images to make use of ArcGIS10.0,vector quantization in Delft3D-RGFGRID created in the orthogonal curvilinear grid,based on EFDC model is established in Harbin songhua river river section of the two-dimensional numerical hydrodynamic model.Simulated in January 2015 to October the whole river under the condition of different time and space between hydrodynamic change situation,based on the 2015 measured data calibration and verification,the simulated water level and the measured water level is 0.32 m,from the largest relative error less than 10%,the match degree is high,can better simulate the river hydraulic elements and spatial evolution of the law over time.Based on the hydrodynamic model,the water quality model was constructed,and the parameters of the model were determined and validated by the main analog indexes of COD and NH3-N.This paper consider the particularity of simulated pollutants release position,close to the actual release concentration,using EFDC model,to simulate the pollutants in the water inlet ASHLEY river downstream the spread of the different time.By analyzing the results,the rate of diffusion of pollutants in different release points is shown to be slower than before,and the more slowly the concentration rises,the slower the concentration increases.It can also be observed that the pollutant point source is based on the characteristics of uniform diffusion in the center.Using the Microsoft Access database,the quality data and spatial data are classified into libraries and supported by the GIS.
