Harbin is located in the north of China and have a heavy snowfall,after the spring of March each year,the impact of rising temperatures into the snowmelt period.Accelerating the process of leading city in recent years to convert a lot of pervious surface impervious surface hardening,the non-point source pollution of snowmelt runoff generated in the city also increase,with the snowmelt runoff and drainage pipeline will eventually merge into Songhua River,and caused serious pollution to the water body.This paper takes Harbin as the study area,the snow and snowmelt runoff were monitored for the study of City snow melting process,using flood management model combined with the content of pollutants in the establishment of Harbin City snow snowmelt runoff and water quality model,provide a strong basis for the subsequent snowmelt non-point source pollution research,exploitation and control work.The use of Arcgis Hydro into the catchment area and design of sampling points,snowmelt runoff model and construction of SWMM snow water quality model combining with the measured data and the calculation of DEM.This paper studied the temporal and spatial variation of city snowmelt water and water quality from November 2015 to April 2016 between the Harbin temperature and snowfall data conditions,using April 2016 measured runoff are calibrated,Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient is 0.86,more than 0.7,and the actual consistent,can reflect the snowmelt runoff process in Harbin city.Study on the city runoff attention COD,ammonia nitrogen,TP,TN,SS,petroleum,Cr,Fe,chloride and Cu,Zn,Cd,Hg,Pb seven kinds of heavy metals in water quality simulation and is calibrated,the pollutant concentration deviation is less than 20%,the area of snowmelt runoff simulation flow to simulate pollution.The COD and ammonia of main pollutants in surface water analysis as an example,the snow sample concentration results were interpolation analysis,found that S10,S11,S21 and S17 in COD can reach more than 300mg/L,40% of the area of ammonia within 4mg/L,reached the first class A wastewater discharge standard.According to the snowmelt model established in this study,the sewage outfall for pollutants per unit yield of P5>P4>P3>P2>P1>P6 from the time,the fluctuation pollutant rate in March 5th was a big peak in April and three,8,2 small peak about 12 days.The main content of Fe in Harbin was 3-13mg/L,and Zn accounted for only 0.4 of the maximum allowable discharge concentration of 1mg/L.The final output Fe of the highest quality,the heavy metals from the view of spatial distribution of the total emissions is P5>P4>P3>P2>P1?P6,quality time with major changes in runoff change.
