Cadmium?Cd?is one of the most phytotoxic heavy metals which mainly exists in Greenockite in the nature.Besides,there are a small part in zinc mine.With the increasing of the people industrial life and urban activities,cadmium pollution is more and more terrible.Phytoremediation technology,is a green,beautiful,environmentally,low cost and no secondary pollution of the emerging technology,meanwhile,it is quickly recognized by everyone.Trifoliumrepens L.is a leguminous plant which can be used for pasture,but now it is used as a lawn plant in greening.In recent years,there has been an increasing number of research on heavy metal stress in Trifoliumrepens L.It has been reported that Trifoliumrepens L.under Cd stress is well tolerated.In this study,Trifoliumrepens L.was used as the experimental material,and the response mechanism of Trifoliumrepens L.under Cd stress was studied.It were treated with 0,100,300,500?mol·L-1Cd solution for 7 days.Determination of Antioxidant Enzyme Activity and Differential Proteomics of Trifoliumrepens L..The results showed that SOD,POD,CAT,and APX activity of Trifoliumrepens L.were on the rise with increasing of Cd concentration.When the concentration of Cd was 500?mol·L-1,the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX continued to increase,which was significantly higher than that of control.However,only the activity of SOD was higher than that of Cd at 300?mol·L-1,while GR activity was still significantly higher than that of the control group,but decreased with 300?mol·L-1.And the correlation analysis of each index showed that the antioxidant enzymes of Trifoliumrepens L.were in response to Cd stress when subjected under Cd stress.A total of 71 protein spots were identified by differential proteomics test.71protein spots were identified?28 protein spots were up-regulated and 24 protein spots were down-regulated,19 protein spots were complex variation?.Making future investigation of these protein pots,only 39 pots are effective.These proteins mainly included carbohydrate and energy metabolism related proteins,while proteins involved in plant stress and defense processes,relating proteins in cellular metabolic processes,proteins associated with protein metabolism,and cell structure-related proteins.Trifoliumrepens L may be through the above functions of the protein to respond to Cd stress.In this paper,it is studied the effects of cadmium stress on cadmium tolerance and cadmium proteomics in the leaves of Trifoliumrepens L.from the perspective of Trifoliumrepens L.physiology and proteomics.It is hoped that the physiologicle and molecular biology of Cd learning mechanism to lay the foundation for the application of grass clover plant white clover in soil pollution control,provides a certain theoretical basis.At the same time,it is hoped that the identification of related proteins can promote the enrichment of heavy metal transgenic plantsduring the process of heavy metal stress.
