The main mine fan is one of the most important equipments that ensures the safety of underground operators in the process of coal mine production,and is also the most important fixed large equipment for coal mine safety production.It undertakes the task of pumping fresh air into the hole and putting out harmful gases.In the process of production,underground air will gather dust,gas,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and other poisonous and harmful gases after passing through various workplaces.At the same time,the heat dissipation of various mining equipment underground,the mine workers' breathe,the geothermal effect and the evaporation of water make the underground air temperature and humidity very high.In this case,transporting the fresh air to underground,diluting and exhausting the poisonous and harmful gas,reducing air temperature,humidity and the concentration of harmful gas,and ensuring the safety of the workers are particularly important.The operation of the main mine fan has the characteristics of more equipments,more monitoring parameters and more difficulty in monitoring.The on-line monitor and fault diagnosis of the operating system are the inevitable requirement for the informationization and automation of coal mine safety production,and are also necessary ways to realize automatic production of "unattended and patrolling work".The main fan is a high energy dissipation equipment.That realizing the variable frequency start of the equipment,and the economic operation of the air volume are of great practical significance for saving energy,decreasing loss,reducing cost and improving efficiency of the coal mine.Safe and stable operation of main fan is an important condition to ensure the safety of coal mine production workers.Earlier preventing and treating the various faults of the fan during the operation,especially avoiding surge,are very important to ensure the safety of the fan and safety production of mine.This text focused on the construction of on-line monitor and fault diagnosis system for the main mine fan.It designed the hardware and software system,and made the in-depth study and disscussion of the variable frequency speed regulation,the energy saving application,and the prevention and treatment of the surge trouble.The system collects the operation parameters of the fan and related equipments through the bottom sensor,gathers,processes and executes control instructions from the lower computer,and displays and issues PLC control instructions from the upper computer.In the variable frequency speed regulation and the energy saving application,we mainly rely on the "proportion formula".The theoretical calculation is not only carried out,but verified by actual measurement.In the process of surge prevention and treatment,the warning method of the combination of surge boundary value and measurement vibration velocity is adopted,and efficiently prevents the occurrence of the major accidents of surge.
