At present,the convective diffusion equation is fully valued in the fields of environmental engineering,hydraulic engineering,aviation,metallurgy and so on.It can be used to describe the distribution of the pollutants in the atmospheric pollution,river pollution and nuclear waste pollution.Some physical phenomena including the fluid flow and heat transfer process in the fluid have been widely used in chemistry,physics,and engineering applications.Solving these equations in a simplified case can be resolved,but as for complicated problems,it is hard to get the analytical solution.Therefore,for numerical computation and simulation,the numerical solution has become a very effective means and constructing structure precise,stable and efficient numerical methods become an important part of this problem.Convection diffusion equation(partial differential equation)is studied by the first kind of boundary condition,which directly shows the density of the boundaries.In this dissertation,we study the second kind boundary conditions,i.e..the border density is expressed by the partial derivatives of value.This kind of research is more complex and realistic.In the second and third chapter of this paper,the second order accuracy and high precision parallel structure difference scheme was constructed for one dimensional concentration diffusion equation and the concentration of one dimensional convection diffusion equation combining with the boundary conditions of precision processing.At the same time,the constructed format was analysed using Von Neumann method,and numerical calculation were conducted for the relevant examples.The calculation results were analysed and verified the validity of the constructed format.Finally,the fourth chapter of this article on the oil boom receiving treatment of oil spill problem,for example,using the constructed in this paper with complex boundary conditions of high accuracy difference scheme,oil boom at a certain speed block the change of oil when the oil concentration are simulated.
