Electromagnetic wave is widely used in various fields such as satellite communication,remote control,thermal imaging,medical sterilization and engineering inspection as the carrier of information.The electromagnetic wave is beneficial to human beings,but it also brings electromagnetic pollution to us and our surroundings.Therefore,electromagnetic interference shielding and microwave absorption technology come into people's vision.Graphene is a new kind of nano material,which has the lowest thickness,the biggest strength and the strongest conductivity,graphene nanocomposites have attracted wide attention in the field of electromagnetic shielding in recent years.In this article,the electromagnetic shielding properties of graphene/nickel nanocomposites were studied.Firstly,grapheme/nickel nanocomposites with different nickel contents were synthesized by solvothermal method.graphene/nickel nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and specific surface area analyzer.Secondly,the characterization results was found that in the graphene/nickel nanocomposites(G/Ni-200)with the addition of 200 mg nickel acetate,the nickel particles on the graphene are uniformly dispersed and the particle size is small,about 15 nm,the substance has a large specific surface area.Finally,The electromagnetic shielding properties of graphene/nickel nanocomposites and pure nickel materials were studied,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the samples were calculated by the vector network analyzer,the G/Ni-200 was mixed with paraffin to prepare 80 mg electromagnetic shielding sample for testing.When the ratio of G/Ni-200 and paraffin is one,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is 24.39-43.75 dB in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz.The electromagnetic shielding efficiency is 99.64-99.99%.The electromagnetic shielding performance tests show that the synthesized graphene /nickel nanocomposites can achieve good electromagnetic shielding performance,and have considerable development prospects in the field of electromagnetic shielding.
