The machining accuracy of a machine tool is determined to the accuracy of spindle rotation,and it is an important indicator for evaluating the dynamic performance of the machine tool.The multi axis machining center is used as the research object and domestic and foreign data are combined to analyze and study the spindle rotation error generation and measurement methods,and build a test system to realize the measurement and separation of the radial rotation error of the machine tool spindle in this paper.Firstly,based on the theory of rotary error separation technology,through the comparison of several separation methods,a multi circle coincidence three probe matrix algorithm is proposed to replace the traditional Fourier transform in this paper,and a corresponding mathematical model is set up to achieve the separation of spindle rotation error and shape error.Secondly,using simulation software as a platform,the multi circle coincidence three probe matrix algorithm is simulated and studied to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm used in this paper.In order to make the simulation have practical reference value and ensure that the simulation parameter setting is consistent with the experimental parameter setting.The simulation error separation result is compared and analyzed,and the feasibility of the multi circle coincidence three probe matrix algorithm to measure the spindle rotation error of the machine tool can be verified.Based on the theory of multi circle coincidence three probe matrix algorithm and the realization of human-computer interaction,a test system suitable for measuring the spindle rotation error is built,which includes hardware system and software system.The hardware system is based on NI data acquisition cards,eddy current displacement sensors,internal hollow encoder and other hardware devices.The angle pulse signal sent from the internal hollow encoder is used instead of the traditional sampling clock generator to improve the precision of rotary error separation.The software system is based on mixed programming software to compile a complete algorithm flow chart to realize an easy-to-operate human-machine interaction error separation interface,and accurately and intuitively displays the error separation result,and the circular image error value is adopted to evaluate shape error and spindle rotation error after separation.Finally,the developed spindle rotation error test system is used to conduct an experimental study on a TDNC 9565V6 model five axis machine tool of a company in the laboratory,and the collected spindle rotation error data and different sampling points are separated.By comparing the error separation results,the feasibility of the effective separation of the spindle rotation error and the reliability of the test system are verified by the multi circle coincidence three probe matrix algorithm proposed in this paper.
