With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,the capacity of the earth’s traditional energy is limited.In recent years,the demand for lithium-ion batteries has been increasing in all walks of life.Lithium-ion batteries have the advantage of more efficient,live longer and safer,which making lithium-ion batteries more relevant to life.This paper mainly studies on the preparation of a new polymer electrolyte and studies its thermal,mechanical and electrochemical properties.First prepared PAA/PEO polymer electrolyte by solution casting method,the study of different mass ratio of PAA/PEO can affect the performance of polymer electrolyte.Experiments showed that 30%of PAA effectively improved the morphology characteristics of polymer electrolyte,the cross-linking for the two kinds of polymer membrane occurs on the surface of the uniform distribution of honeycomb structure,promotes the storage of the electrolyte,is advantageous to the ionic conduction,to improve the electrical conductivity of polymer electrolyte.According to the DSC,TG,XRD,AC impedance test and electrochemical window of this five kinds of analysis method,it is concluded that the introduction of PAA on the PEO base structure of the polymer electrolyte produced change,enhance the temperature of hot melt polymer system,inhibit the crystallinity of the PEO,improves the stability,electrochemical window is 4.4 V,ionic conductivity when PAA content is 30%up to 5.59 × 10-3 S·cm-1.The introduction of the SiO2 nano particles maked the PAA/PEO base polymer electrolyte membrane performance changed.When add 5%of the nano particles,the highest conductivity of 3.91 × 10-3 S·cm-1.We found that the addition of SiO2 with PAA/PEO base polymer electrolyte systems there are interaction,results in lower segment of neat degree and increase the proportion of no finalize the design area,reduce the crystallinity of the PEO.We found that the introduction of SiO2 of PAA/PEO-SiO2 were improved,the degradation of polymer electrolyte temperature when the SiO2 content of 5%;the degradation of the highest temperature is 400 ℃.Through the preparation of CR2032 type button battery used 30%PAA/PEO base polymer electrolyte for capacity,cycle performance,coulomb efficiency test,experiments show that under the different ratio,the specific capacity value,0.1 C and 0.2 C and 0.5 C and 1 C ratio in specific capacity respectively,181 mAh·g-1,162 mAh·g-1,160 mAh·g-1,125 mAh·g-1.After 50 cycles,given in 160 mAh·g-1,keep the rate at 88%capacity,battery coulomb efficiency of 97.1%for the first time,with the increase of cell cycle times,50 times basically remain unchanged,the coulomb efficiency of circulation in the process of sample remain at around 95%.
