Super hydrophobic materials have attracted wide attention due to their excellent super hydrophobic,corrosion-resistant and anti-icing characteristics,However,because of the unique micro-nano surface structure of super hydrophobic material,the surface of super hydrophobic material is very easy to lose super hydrophobicity due to friction.At the same time,the preparation process of super hydrophobic materials is more complicated,and the defects of raw materials using more expensive fluoride which restrict the usage of super hydrophobic materials.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a super hydrophobic material with simple process,relatively inexpensive raw material price and a certain abrasion resistance.In this paper,an organic-inorganic interpenetrating network structure is formed in rigid mesoporous materials(SBA-15)by using benzene-BOZ with lower surface energy and better mechanical properties,to improve the wear resistance of the prepared coating,and to further improve the toughness of the coating by adding imidazole(MI)and Polyurethane(PU),simultaneously improve its wear resistance.The main contents are as follows:Using a simple spraying method,the Super Hydrophobic composite coating with170°±2°contact angle value was prepared by adding SBA-15 of different proportions to the acetone solution of BOZ resin.The results of the friction test show that the S/B super hydrophobic coating has the advantages of twice times of the ordinary nanometer SiO2/BOZ super hydrophobic coating,and the salt spray test shows that the super hydrophobic coating has a certain salt-fog resistance and the contact angle value is recoverable after the salt mist.The molecular structure of the cured benzene-formaldehyde resin was improved by selecting BOZ resin catalyst MI.S/M/B and S(M)/B Super Hydrophobic composite coatings with 169°±2°contact angle were prepared by simple spraying method.The results of friction test show that the S(M)/B is twice times more than that of the S/B in abrasion resistance,and the wear rate is reduced by one order of magnitude.At the same time,salt spray test shows that the prepared S/M/B and S(M)/B has a certain salt-fog resistance,and the contact angle value of the salt mist is recoverable.Tafer curves and electrochemical impedance spectra show that S(M)/B has excellent electrochemical corrosion resistance compared with S/B coating and S/M/B coating.The adhesion test shows that the S/M/B coating and S(M)/B coating even flip 180°,the water droplets still adhere to the coating surface,have a greater adhesion.Transport tests show,the prepared S/M/B coating and S(M)/B coating have a large contact angle lag,and can achieve the non destructive transport of micro-liquid dripping.Select PU and BOZ resin with the high strength,good toughness,wear-resistant to blend and then toughening coating matrix and improving the wear resistance of the coating.By changing the proportion of PU,the S/P/B super hydrophobic coating coating with 166.6°±1.8°contact angle value was prepared by simple spraying method.The results of friction test show that the wear rate of the S/P/B coating is nearly three times lower than that of S(M)/B.At the same time,salt spray test shows that the prepared S/P/B has a certain salt-fog resistance,and the contact angle after the salt mist is recoverable.Tafer curves and electrochemical impedance spectra show that the S/P/B has excellent electrochemical corrosion resistance but slightly worse than S(M)/B coating.The adhesion test shows that the S/P/B coating even flip180°,the water droplets still adhere to the coating surface,has a greater adhesion.Transport tests show,the prepared S/P/B coating has a large contact angle lag,and can also achieve the non destructive transport of micro-liquid dripping water.
