Chloroacetamide herbicides is a class of pre-emergent herbicides that was mainly used in agriculture to control the growth of weeds. However, the widespread use of chloroacetamide herbicides can cause a certain degree of environmental pollution.Pyrethroid insecticides have a cumulative toxicity which can cause chronic diseases and have moderate neurotoxicity and immune system toxicity to mammals with a long-term exposure even at low doses. And the long-term use can also cause great pollution to the environment. Both chloroacetamide herbicides and pyrethroid insecticides are fat-soluble and small molecule compounds which difficult to extract.Traditional separation methods have large solvent consumption and low efficiency. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a rapid and highly efficient method for the determination of chloroacetamide herbicides in environmental water and pyrethroid insecticides in foods. This paper makes full use of the unique identification of molecularly imprinted polymers, the polymers have high adsorption capacity and high selectivity for identification of chloroacetamide herbicides and pyrethroid pesticides were prepared by molecular imprinting techniques. The polymers were used as a solid phase extraction adsorbent material to adsorb and separate the chloroacetamide herbicides in environmental water and the pyrethroid pesticides in foods.1.A novel amphiphilic magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers?MMIPs?have been prepared by using 4-vinyl pyridine?4-VP?and alkenyl glycosides glucose?AGG?as functional monomers,MBA as cross-linker,directly coated on the surface of ferric oxide, the porogen is acetonitrile.Adsorption experiments proved that the template molecule-functional,monomer-crosslinking and agent molar ratios around 1:4:6 had the highest adsorption capacity, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 11 mg g-1.The adsorption equilibrium could be reached within 10 min.The polymers were used as magnetic solid phase extraction materials to adsorb four amide herbicides?acetochlor, propisochlor, pretilachlor, butachlor?in environmental water with a linear range of 0.1-200?g L-1.The limit of detection is 0.03-0.06?g L-1,RSD<7%.Experiments had shown that magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers are suitable to be solid phase extraction materials for the adsorption of amide herbicides in environmental water.2.Combining molecular imprinting technology with COFs,using Sc?OTf?3 as a Schiff base reaction catalyst, rapid and simple synthesis of imprinted covalent organic framework materials?MICOFs?was achieved within 30 minutes. In this study,a synthesis method of low-temperature and rapid molecularly imprinted polymers was established and applied to the detection of four pyrethroid insecticides?fenvalerate,flucythrinate,b-cyfluthrin and l-cyhalothrin?in foods. The polymer was loaded on SPE column to adsorb the pyrethroid pesticides in the sample, and analyzed by HPLC.The limit of detection of the method is0.011-0.018 ng g-1,linear range 0.1-200 ng g-1,the spike recovery was 94.3-102.7%.The method is simple, rapid, and has a good extraction effect,an accurate analysis result and a good reproducibility.MICOFs has been proved that more suitable as solid phase extraction cartridges to adsorb pyrethroid insecticides in the complex sample matrices.
