| The core craft link in new type dry-process cement productions is cement burning system,which mechanism of the production process is complicated and process faults occur frequently,a process fault may cause the malignant accidents if not processed in a timely.Therefore,the key to ensure safe and stable production of cement is to diagnose the process fault of the cement burning system.Based on the detailed analysis of the process faults of cement burning system,this paper analyzes the advantages of applying support vector ma chine to fault diagnosis of cement burning system and studies fault diagnosis of cement burning system based on support vector machine.The work done is as follows:(1)According to the strong influence for binary tree SVM classifier performance by tree hierarchy,this paper presents an improved complete binary tree SVM construction method.By applying the improved algorithm to standard UCI data sets and the test of TE process fault diagnosis,the superiority of improved algorithm is verified.(2)A procedure of process fault diagnosis of cement burning system is proposed,the simulation experiment of the proposed proce dure has been completed,so better results is gained.(3)A prototype platform of process fault diagnosis of cement burning s ystem is constructed.Collection of original data,design of database and foreground system of fault diagnosis are completed. |
