Recently,the design and synthesis of new functional metal-organic supramolecular polymers is one of the research hotspots of coordination chemistry,supramolecular chemistry,and crystal engineering.These materials not only have fascinating structures,but also have potential application in magnetics,catalysis,luminescence,gas adsorption,biomimetic,etc.In this thesis,ten new metal?II?-organic supramolecular polymers were synthesized successfullybasedon4'-?4-carboxyphenyl?-2,2':6',2”-terpyridine?Htpb?and[2,2':6',2”-terpyridine]-4,4',4''-tricarboxylic acid?H3tpt?,namely,{[Zn6?tpb?6?Hpda?6]?H2O?7}n?1?;[Cu?tpb??pda?0.5]?H2O?3}n?2?;{[Mn?tpb??pda?0.5]?H2O?}n?3?;[Zn?tpb??bpd?0.5]n?4?;{[C u?tpb??bpd?0.5]?H2O?2}n?5?;{[Mn?tpb??bpd?0.5]?H2O?2}n?6?;[Cd2?tpb?2?bpd?]?H2O?2}n?7?;{[Cu?tpb??sdc?0.5]?DMF??H2O?}n?8?;{[Zn?Htpt??H2O?2]?H2O?2}n?9?;[Co18?tpt?12?H2O?9??3-O???2-O?6]n?10?{Htpb=4-?[2,2':6',2''-terpyridin]-4'-yl?benzoicacid,H3tpt=[2,2':6',2''-terpyridine]-4,4',4''-tricarboxylic acid,H2pda=1,4-phenylenediacrylic acid,H2bpd=4,4'-biphenyldicarboxylic acid,H2sdc=4,4'-stilbenedicarboxylic acid}.These new compounds were characterized by infrared spectra,thermal gravimetric analyses,X-ray single crystal diffraction,etc.1.Eight new metal-organic supramolecular polymers?compound 1-8?were synthesized based on 4'-?4-carboxyphenyl?-2,2':6',2”-terpyridine?Htpb?,transition metal ions(MnII,CuII,ZnII,CdII)and three different linear aromatic carboxylic acids,respectively.Compound 1 is a nanosized metal-organic macrocyclic structure,and 2-6are one-dimensional?1D?coordination polymeric chains,while 7 and 8 are 2D coordination polymers.Compounds 2,4 and 5 have isostructures,as the same as the 3and 6.Luminescent tests reveal compounds 1 and 4 with the maxium emission peaks at528 nm and 488 nm,which indicates they are potential green and blue luminescence materials,respectively.The deprotonation experiment of compound 1 was performed,and its adsorption property was preliminary studied.2.Two new metal-organic supramolecular polymers?compound 9-10?were synthesized from[2,2':6',2”-terpyridine]-4,4',4''-tricarboxylic acid?H3tpt?and transition metal ions(CoII,ZnII).Compounds 9 has 1D coodination polymeric chain,while compound 10 is a 3D coodination polymer.And different structutures of 10 in comparison with 9 may be determined by metal ions under same reaction conditions.Compounds 9 has good thermal stability in the range of 30°C through 350°C.Luminescent tests reveal compounds 9 with the maxium emission peaks at 493 nm,which indicates it is potential blue luminescence material.
