Metal materials are artificial composite materials with supernormal physical properties,and have supernormal physical properties that natural materials do not possess.It has important research value in the direction of sensing and optical signal processing.This paper focuses on the properties and functions of the metasurface that can be applied in the field of photonic electricity.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the grating excitation model,the asymmetric grating metasurface is designed.The narrowband absorption property of the structure at specific wavelength is simulated.The sensitivity of this structure can reach 1280nm/RIU.By optimizing the design of cell structure,we can achieve the sensitivity of 1355 nm/RIU by changing the metal height on both sides of the groove,and the figure of merit can reach 112.9.Based on the theory of metasurface transmission,this paper designs and simulates the mathematical operation of the incident signal.The system can realize differential operation of different incident signals.The metasurface proposed in this paper has potential application in sensing and signal processing field.
