With the rapid development of modern electronic industry,various electronic devices are widely applied to different areas of our life.As a result,the degree of electromagnetic radiation is increasing in the operation environment of human life,and the harm of electromagnetic wave to life and environment is bigger and bigger.Electromagnetic shielding clothing can effectively protect the human body from the harm of electromagnetic wave,but in order to ensure the wearing performance of clothing,the electromagnetic shielding fabric will inevitably produce holes in some parts when making garments.Such as neckline,cuff,lower swing and leg opening,the holes in these parts are called open areas,and the area of the openings is larger.A large number of electromagnetic waves will enter the interior of clothing through these parts,which will seriously affect the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing.Therefore,this paper selects the opening parts of electromagnetic shielding clothing as research object,and discusses the influence of the opening position on the shielding effectiveness of clothing,and the two parts of collar and cuffs are selected for in-depth study.Based on the theoretical analysis of electromagnetic shielding clothing protection mechanism and influencing factors,the research is mainly divided into two parts.First,we design and manufacture electromagnetic shielding clothing samples,change the opening structure,and study the influence of different opening structures on shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing.Secondly,we choose the absorbing material to apply it to opening part of garment,change the mode of application and combination,and study the change of the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness after opening part is added to absorbing material.Stainless steel fabric is selected as a garment sample material,carbon fiber fabric,nano aluminum fabric,multi ion conductive cloth,carbon powder coated fabric,ferrite coated fabric and carbon nanotube coated fabric are selected as experimental materials.The experimental samples are designed and manufactured according to different application and combinations modes.The shielding effectiveness,reflectivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the experimental materials are tested by the small window shielding effectiveness test system,the bow frame test system and the three meter semi anechoic chamber.Through the analysis of the test results of experimental fabric,the test results of shielding effectiveness of different open structure clothing and the test results of the shielding effectiveness of opening structure with absorbing material,some conclusions and rules can be obtained.When changing the structure of collar and cuff,the shielding effectiveness of clothing is obviously changed.The shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding clothing is gradually reduced with the increase of collar size,and the overall shielding effectiveness of the vertical collar type garment is the best,and the shielding effectiveness of the collar with a high collar and a wide collar is better.When the cuff structure is changed,the smaller the opening area of cuffs,the more wrinkles,the better the shielding effectiveness of clothing.When changing the way of use and combination of absorbing fabric to collar and cuffs,the shielding effectiveness of clothing is improved significantly.The influence rules and conclusions of the collar and cuff parts on the shielding effectiveness of clothing can provide technical support for improving the shielding effectiveness of clothing,and guide the selection and design of the structure of opening part of garment in the actual production.
