| With the continuous development of China’s machinery processing industry,deep hole processing technology has been applied to many fields,such as aerospace,oil exploration,engine,medical treatment,etc.Deep hole processing technology is also developing at high speed,and the axis deflection is a very important index to measure the quality of the workpiece.Deep hole processing is processed in a closed environment,and the process is special,so its axis deflection is difficult to control.As the market for a variety of deep hole parts precision demand is higher and higher,the processing difficulty is becoming more and more big,therefore,how to ensure that hole in the process of machining axis straightness,become the hot topic of current research.Deep hole processing technology at home and abroad,this paper mainly discusses the application and development,and brought far-reaching influence to the processing and manufacturing,describes the characteristics of various processing method in deep hole processing system,and to solve the main problems,and how to improve in the process of deep hole machining hole axis deflection problem is analyzed and discussed.From the parameters of gun drill tool,eccentric guide sleeve and drill pipe support frame,as well as the process of gun drill feed speed,oil pressure on the axis of the different materials such as deflection,the effect of using Ansys finite element analysis software(computer)and Matlab simulation software(computer)and the experimental analysis was studied for the solution is given.The paper firstly analyzes the tool parameters of the gun drill and causes the deviation of the axis deviation.Through the definition of stability,the stable state of gun drilling process is analyzed,Ansys is used to analyze and study,and then the distribution of the guide bar is redesigned to construct an optimized gun drill.Secondly,the mathematical column calculation is carried out from the guide sleeve eccentricity and the drill rod support frame,and the prediction of axis deviation is carried out.Then,simulation analysis and experimental study are carried out to explore the influence of different materials on the deflection of the hole axis.Finally,from the Angle of vibration analysis,to study by the tool holder and tool vibration influence on machining hole axis deflection,design a kind of MRF shock absorber,and establish the dynamics model,and then through the Matlab/Simulink simulation analysis was carried out on the built model,verify the program can be implemented.The results show that the magnetorheological fluid damper can effectively suppress flutter and improve the deflection of the axis. |
