In recent years,many domestic cities have been to explore the way of the municipal solid waste(MSW)classified collection,but bring little effect.At present,a large amount of household food waste with high moisture had to be collected into the MSW system,which not only added a lot of trouble to residents,but also caused a series of subsequent disposal problems.Composting is one of the important ways of domestic waste disposal and resource utilization,but the requirement of composting is high.In view of this,we try to establish a new household food waste gathering and composting disposal methods so as to alleviate the troubles of food waste being accumulated and frequent dumped and to make the terminal disposal and reuse of MSW more easily.To solve the deodorant problem during accumulating process of food waste,a series of food waste accumulating experiments were conducted with different solid inoculants which were prepared with high food waste degradation efficient function strains based on the early work of our laboratory and a yeast strain isolated and screened in this work.Furthermore,the composting experiments of food waste collected were carried out to assess its possibility used as mature compost.Here are the main results:(1)A series of food waste accumulating experiments conducted with different solid inoculants suggested that household food waste after solid inoculants added won't produce any obvious odor within 10 days.The results turned out that solid inoculants have obvious deodorant effect and solid bacterium agent I which is composed of mixed bacteria liquid(functional strains F2,F5,F8),yeast powder and carriers of organic fertilizer is superior to commercially available EM bacteria agent.(2)Two typical yeast strain screened from commercially available yeast powder were respectively named as A and S.Through the chromosome DNA sequencing identification,strains of S and A were identified to be Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia kudriavzevii respectively.Further tablet confrontation experiment suggested that there was no effective antagonistic action between S and functional strains F2,F5.The optimized culture medium used to cultivate strain of S by the orthogonal experiment was confirmed as follows:molasses 10 g/L and yeast liquid waste 5 g/L.(3)Through dilution method of plate counting,the results showed that total viable count within storage of 5 to 7 months was above 107.5 orders of magnitude and the quantity of F2 viable cells within storage of 5 to 7 months was above 107 orders of magnitude in the solid bacterium agent V which were composed of assembled functional bacteria F2,F5 and carriers of organic fertilizer and coconut chaff brick.The quantity of F2 viable cells within storage of 3 to 60 days was above 107.5 orders of magnitude in the solid bacterium agent ? composed of assembled functional bacteria F2,F5,S and carriers of organic fertilizer and the quantity of F2 viable cells was also above 107.5 orders of magnitude in the solid bacterium agent ? composed of assembled functional bacteria F2,F5 and carriers of organic fertilizer.Although the quantity of S viable cells was more than 108 orders of magnitude in the bacterium agent VI within storage of 3 days,S can not be detected within storage of 30 days,proved that the survival time of S in the bacterium agent VI is shorter.(4)The composting experiments of food waste collected were carried out by secondary inoculation and results turned out that the secondary inoculum treatment could speed up compost material to enter the stage of high temperature quickly,but solid bacterium agent added in the accumulation process of food waste still played a role in promoting compost material temperature rising.By mensurating material physicochemical characters of dynamic change of the two processing and analysising of variance,the results showed that there were no significantly difference between the two treatment,besides,on the 22nd day of composting material germination index are more than 120%showed that material have been reached the demand of maturity.Thus,when the accumulation of food waste in the preparation of the solid deodorizing agents added moderate decomposed organic fertilizer to regulate moisture,it can be used for composting directly without secondary inoculation.
