Remanufacturing has the characteristics of saving resources and protecting the environment.It is an important way to realize the reuse of waste products and the sustainable development of society.It is very consistent with the strategic requirement of the development of green circular economy in our country.With the rapid development of the remanufacturing industry,a large number of remanufactured special-shaped parts need to be protected against rust so as to avoid new damage.Due to the large number and different structure of remanufactured special-shaped parts,the rust protection restricts the development of remanufacturing industry,and batch rust protection of remanufactured special-shaped parts has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes remanufactured special-shaped parts as the research object,a rust protection method for remanufactured special-shaped parts is proposesd.It provides a kind of reference thinking and method for the mass remanufacturing of automatic anti-rust protection of remanufactured special-shaped parts.The main contents are as follows.(1).On the basis of the development status of the remanufacturing industry at home and abroad,the problems faced by the rust protection of remanufacturing profiled workpieces will be raised.In view of the requirements for the remanufacturing profiled workpieces parts for rust protection,the method of spraying antirust oil is put forward to protect the remanufacturing profiled workpieces,and the types of antirust oils and spraying methods for remanufacturing profiled workpieces are selected.(2).In order to solve the problem of oil coating protection for profiled workpieces parts of a large number of types.A method and apparatus for re-manufacturing reshaped part-spraying oils that are driven around a central axis,rotate relative to the surrounding,and assisted by self-weight in an enclosed environment are proposed.The remanufactured shaped parts based on the view method classification are placed in an oil coating device for spraying.The oil coating method can realize batch and automatic oil coating for remanufacturing profiled workpieces.In view of the control demand of the oil coating device,the design of the device control system is designed.And design a kind of conveying mechanism to convey special-shaped parts spraying,At the same time,the main structure and parameters of the device,such as spraying mechanism and quantity,spraying distance,spraying mechanism installation position,feeding rhythm and nozzle quantity were analyzed and calculated.(3).In order to improve the quality of spraying,the factors that affect the spraying are analyzed.According to the coating growth rate model and the coating thickness model,the minimum deviation between the coating thickness and the desired coating thickness at any point in the sprayed area was used as the criterion to measure the uniformity of the coating,and an optimization model of nozzle spacing and workpiece rotation speed was constructed.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was used to obtain the optimal design parameters.The Matlab simulation and spray test were used to verify the solution,and the results are verified by Matlab simulation and spraying test.
