There will be different production characteristics when gas wells are produced in different stages,which will result in different efficiency of drainage and gas recovery measures implemented in different stages of gas wells.Shenmu Gas Field adopts the production mode of downhole choke and interwell tandem,the dynamic analysis of the gas field water is not systematic,wellbore fluid accumulation can not be found in time,and the proportion of low production gas wells increases year by year.The classification management of gas wells needs to be dynamically adjusted,the economic benefit evaluation of the process measures is missing and the development of the gas field has not formed a complete set of technical specifications.In view of the above problems in Shenmu Gas Field,the dynamic characteristics of gas production and water production are defined in this paper according to the test data of gas well output.Secondly,in order to realize the effective production management of gas wells,based on the static and dynamic data analysis of gas wells,this paper classifies gas wells into four categories by cluster analysis.In this paper,the relationship between casing pressure and fluid accumulation is established by means of material balance method and binomial productivity equation of gas wells.Combining with the field practice of Shenmu Gas Field,the critical liquid carrying model is modified,and then combined with tools such as Olga and Pipesim to analyze the wellbore flow pattern.The theory of gas well fluid accumulation has been perfected.Based on the arps decline model,the production decline law of gas well is analyzed,and the casing pressure decline model is established to analyze the casing pressure decline law,and finally the trend of gas well production and casing pressure is predicted.The production cycle of the gas well is divided into five stages according to the research results of wellbore flow and so on.In the aspect of economic benefit evaluation of drainage gas production process,the static benefit evaluation method is adopted in this paper.By using TOPSIS,the drainage gas recovery technology is optimized,and the corresponding drainage gas production matching technology in different stages of various gas wells is worked out,which forms the technical countermeasures for reasonable and efficient development of Shenmu Gas Field.
