With the rapid development of society,people’s demand for material goods has also increased,and the market has changed with the needs of customers.When opportunity and challenge coexist at the same time,manufacturers need to make a rapid response to market changes and meet the diversity of customer needs,more need to reduce production cost,increase yield,improve the production efficiency,can use the challenge as an opportunity to oneself in an impregnable position.The assembly line as the key link in the process of manufacturers,improper handling of assembly line balancing problems will cause equipment idle,the accumulation of products again,and waste of resources,and even lead to business failures.The main purpose of this paper is to study the balance algorithm of the assembly line,so as to improve the production efficiency and the balance rate of the assembly line and reduce the production cost.First and by applying the method of maximum candidate Kilbridge&Wester method and linear programming of assembly line balancing algorithm respectively MX enterprise S assembly line balance of rhythm,balance rate,hysteresis and smooth index of four index,then the linear programming model for the comprehensive analysis and comparison of efficiency and practicality.In order to further study on the assembly line balancing problem,this paper borrow the MX enterprise P assembly line production process related data respectively using the genetic algorithm and linear programming to P assembly line balancing problem is analyzed,comprehensive comparison of four index,assembly line balancing is still that the efficiency and superiority of linear programming to solve the problem of assembly line balancing,reoccupy software Flexsim simulation model to verify the practicability of linear programming and feasibility.This paper will through the MX enterprise S,P two assembly line balancing analysis,to explore four kinds of assembly line balancing algorithm as well as for the assembly line type,the linear programming method for S,P,assembly line balancerate respectively increased by 16.43%,21.66%,smooth index decreased 6.05,22.88,for other enterprise assembly line balancing research has certain reference value.
