In this paper,60,000 tons per year carbon black production line process modification and design, the existing carbon black production process of energy consumption and waste comprehensive analysis and utilization of carbon black in order to reduce production costs and energy-saving emission reduction purposes.During the design process, the air of the carbon black production line is preheated by using the high temperature of flue gas of 950℃,1000℃ and 1050℃.The designed air preheater heated the inlet air temperature to 80℃ to the outlet air temperature Reaching 800℃-950℃.Utilizing the waste heat boiler designed for waste heat from flue gas,the crude oil is preheated so that the preheating temperature of the feedstock reaches 200℃-260℃,which can save 17,280 tons of low-pressure steam of 0.5 MPa per year.Tail gas combustion of black tail gas boiler The design of the boiler can produce 3.82 Mpa,450℃ overheated steam 40 t/h;carbon black yield than the old craft increased by five percentage points.Exhaust gas and air generated by carbon black production are burned by a certain proportion of hot air,and the carbon black containing 50%moisture after granulation is dehumidified to less than 1%.The main fan of using high-variable frequency control motor, annual savings of equivalent to 256 tons of standard coal/year.Through comparative analysis of energy-saving measures for carbon black production and the renewal of plant and equipment, the paper can save at least 4370tons of standard coal per year, reducing 37 tons of SO2,32tons of NOx and 12000 tons of CO2 released into the Environment.Achieve the goal of energy-saving emission reduction, promote economic development effect.
