Protein-polyelectrolyte interactions on different pH,concentration ratios of protein-polyelectrolyte have been investigated.The globular proteins Lysozyme and BSA(bovine serum albumin)served as model proteins.Three polyelectrolytes PDADMAC,Chitosan and HA were used.The aim of this project is to study the responsiveness of the polyelectrolyte-protein composites by changing pH,ratios of protein-polyelectrolyte concentration.Our study focused on the effects of different pH,protein-polyelectrolyte concentration ratios on fixed salt concentration between anionic proteins Lysozyme and BSA(bovine serum albumin)with cationic polymers PDADMAC,Chitosan and anionic polymer HA(Hyaluronic Acid).The complex formation between these proteins-polymers was examined using the dynamic light scattering(DLS),turbidity titration and polarized light microscopy.DLS was used to measure the particle size of the complexes.Changing the pH,and the concentration ratios of the proteins polymers showed changes on the particle size and morphological structure that was measured by DLS and polarized light microscopy.
