The production of phenol by cyclohexylbenzene(CHB)using benzene as single raw material can effectively solve the problem of the shortage of propylene resource and the excess capacity of acetone in the cumene process.The key step in this process is the liquid phase oxidation of CHB to CHB hydroperoxide(CHBHP).In view of the slow rate of CHB oxidation,the liquid phase oxidation process of CHB was intensified by microchannel technology and ozone/UV technology.In this paper,CHB oxidation experiments were firstly carried out in microchannel with hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution and oxygen as oxidant.The results showed that the conversion of CHB and the selectivity of CHBHP under the optimal conditions was 8.5%and 86%respectively when H2O2 was used as the oxidant;With oxygen as the oxidant,the conversion of CHB and the selectivity of CHBHP was 7%and 90%,and the conversion can be further improved to 8%when ultrasonic method used to strengthen reaction.Secondly,the CHB oxidation process under the combination of ozone/UV oxidation was investigated.Research results showed that the conversion of CHB can reach 15%and the selectivity of CHBHP can be as high as 90%under the condition of 50?and atmospheric pressure.Also,with the addition of NHPI catalyst,the CHB conversion reached 20%after 3.5h,and the CHBHP selectivity was maintained at 90%.
