Acoustic emission detection is widely used in nondestructive testing of refractories due to its advantages of large amount of information and good accuracy. However, due to the complex microstructure of refractories producing clutter and scattering on acoustic waves, the acoustic signals collected after transmission and attenuation, rather than damage source signals, are used to detect refractories using acoustic emission detection technology. It is often impossible to judge the damage accurately. Therefore, researchers attempt to restore the damage source signal of refractories, and in order to recover and obtain the damage source signal,it is necessary to master the transmission law of acoustic emission signal in refractories. To solve this problem, this paper takes two kinds of industrial refractories as research objects, uses active sensing method to transmit analog acoustic emission signals and passive sensing technology to receive signals, analyzes the signal differences from two aspects: time and frequency domain. With the relative attenuation coefficient of amplitude and the relative attenuation coefficient of energy as the discriminant index, the propagation law of acoustic emission signal in different transfer channels in refractories is studied. The influence of the direction and length of different transmission channels on the propagation law was studied. And this rule is applied to the location and recovery of acoustic emission damage source, which has obvious effect. This method provides a new research method for the detection of refractory material.Acoustic emission...
