| With the development of WB gas field gradually entering middle and late stage,The production capacity of each well is decreasing year by year,the wellhead pressure is decreasing year by year,the water content of single well logistics increases year by year,and the possibility of formation of hydrate is increased.With the decrease of the pressure of the single well,the high-pressure line gathering and the high-pressure gas station processing technology adopted in the gas field will prevent the low pressure gas from entering the treatment station.The adaptability of the ground gathering and transportation processing system is gradually deteriorating,which seriously affects the safety of the ground gas gathering and transportation pipeline system and the comprehensive development benefit of the gas field.The WB gas field surface gathering process at present and gas treatment station technology,through the literature research of gas field surface technique at home and abroad,the analysis of the related data interpretation,and the WB gas field surface technique system of the actual research,adaptability of WB field ground process system is studied.Since scholars at home and abroad have different emphases on the research on the adaptability of ground process,there is not a completely unified definition.In this paper,the main research contents include the adaptability of single well gas recovery pipeline,the adaptability of ground gathering and transportation system,and the adaptability of natural gas treatment station.According to the process flow of WB gas field surface gas pipeline,the temperature of the formation of hydrate is the evaluation index of the adaptability of surface gas extraction process.Three wellblock of 33 Wells in the gas field production in the next 15 years to evaluate adaptability,clear every single well time of the frozen wall,put forward the note glycol antifreeze process heating and anti-freezing two adjustment scheme and make a comprehensive comparative analysis,it is concluded that the heating throttling process affected by single well production logistics factors,the overall less investment,low energy consumption,middle has stronger adaptability to the gas field production.According to the production forecast data of gas reservoir in the gas field,the gas pressure of the gas station is the evaluation index of the gathering system.For low pressure gas,I put forward three adjustment schemes:single well booster,gas gathering station boosterand treatment plant concentrate booster,adjustment scheme based on three kinds of investment,energy consumption,advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis,it is concluded that the height of subsection lose minimum adjustment scheme,booster station centralized overall investment,low energy consumption,simple process,strong adaptability.According to the gas phase process flow of WB gas field treatment station,the evaluation index of process adaptability of natural gas treatment station is qualified.By using HYSYS software to simulate the gas phase process of the processing station,according to the analysis of the pressure of the gas and the inlet gas flow in the gas field in the middle and late stage of the gas field,the adjustment process was analyzed in four time periods,and a complete set of gas field treatment station was formed to adjust the process flow to adapt to the production in the middle and late stage. |
