Guiding performance is the key performance index of all rotary steering rotary drilling tool.This paper mainly analyzes the guiding performance and the influencing factors of the revolving directional rotary steering drilling tool,which provides a theoretical basis for the research and design of rotary steering drilling tools.This paper first analyzes the process and principle of the eccentric ring group applied to the guide shaft,and establishes the force model of the guide shaft.The force equation of the guide axis is derived.The internal bias force of the tool is calculated and the parameters affecting the size of the internal bias force are obtained.Secondly,the static analysis of the bottom drilling tool combination with a revolving directional rotary steering drilling tool is carried out,and the lateral force of the bottom drill assembly is derived from the internal bias force of the guide axis,the lateral force of the formation and the side force of the tool itself.Form? At the same time,the lateral force of the formation is calculated and analyzed,and the calculation equation of the lateral force of the tool is obtained.According to the structure of the revolving directional rotary steering drilling tool,the geometric bevel rate is analyzed and calculated by the three point circle method,and the calculation formula of the geometric bevel rate is derived,and the structural parameters of the tool are analyzed.The law of the influence of rate.The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the strength of the key components of the all rotary steering rotary drilling tool.At the same time,the eccentric vibration generated by eccentric ring when rotating is analyzed.The influence of eccentric vibration on the normal operation of the tool can not be ignored.At last,the software of calculating tool side force and geometric slope rate is developed by JAV,which has the ability to calculate the geometric slope of the tool,and provides the tool for the further design of the tool.
