Waterborne polyurethane is one of the fastest developing and most promising of polymers. It has many unique properties and it is used widely. However,it still has many shortcomings,so the modification of waterborne polyurethane by nanomaterials is one of the hotspots in current research. In this paper, two kinds of nano-particles were mixed with waterborne polyurethane respectively to prepare composite films. The main contents are as follows:(1)Natural flake graphite was oxidized by Hummers method to get graphite oxide, then the graphene oxide was obtained by ultrasonic stripping. The morphology and structure of natural flake graphite and graphene oxide were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and fourier infrared spectroscope. The results showed that the prepared graphene oxide contains a lot of oxygen-containing functional groups(such as-O-H,-C=O,-COOH,etc.)After the graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane composite films were prepared by the solution blending and casting method,it was studied that the influence which the content of graphene oxide on graphene oxide/waterborne polyurethane composite films, include microtopography and structure, mechanical properties, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and friction performance. The results show that with the content of graphene oxide increases, when the content of graphene oxide is 4%,the maximum tensile strength of the composite films is 20.6 MPa,the maximum coefficient of thermal conductivity is0.208W/(m·K).(2)Molybdenum disulfide nano-materials were prepared by hydrothermal method for ammonium secondary molybdate was used as molybdenum source and thiourea as sulfur source and reducing agent.Molybdenum disulfide was characterized by scanning electronmicroscope and transmission electron microscope;then was modified by cationic surfactant hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and characterized by fourier infrared spectroscope and X-ray diffraction. It is found that hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide plays a significant role in the formation of molybdenum disulfide nanosheets. The stack between molybdenum disulfide layers is strongly inhibited.Molybdenum disulfide which was modified by hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide mixed with waterborne polyurethane to prepare the molybdenum disulfide/waterborne polyurethane composite films by the solution blending and casting method,it was studied that the influence which the content of molybdenum disulfide on molybdenum disulfide/waterborne polyurethane composite films, include microtopography and structure, mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and friction performance. The results show that when the content of molybdenum disulfide is0.5%,the maximum tensile strength of the composite films is 23 MPa,when the content of molybdenum disulfide is 2%,the maximum coefficient of thermal conductivity is0.18W/(m·K).
