Barium titanate?BaTiO3?,as a traditional dielectric functional ceramic material, can be applied to the manufacture of ceramic components. In recent years, with the development of ceramic industry, ceramic components have gradually developed towards miniaturization and individualization, and the manufacturing of new ceramic components has a close relationship with the molding process. Therefore, the requirements of more precision and faster is proposed to the molding technology. The main factors affecting the molding technology are the development of molding materials, the improvement of the molding precision and the widening of the application field. In view of these molding technology requirements,In this thesis, preparation of barium titanate precursor ceramic ink for barium titanate molding, and research the influence of preparation methods, dispersing medium, dispersant and solid content on the ink performance. In addition, the spray properties and post-processing technology of barium titanate precursor ceramic ink are also studied.Experiment results show that:?1?The prepared barium titanate precursor particles are ground and passed through standard sieves respectively, and the particle size of the barium titanate precursor powder is the smallest when the standard sieve of 270 mesh is selected.?2?In the four different solvents of ethanol, distilled water,n-butanol and isopropanol, isopropanol as a solvent, the stability is better.?3?In polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?and polyethylene glycol 20000?PEG?,polyacrylic acid?PAA?,nonylphenol ethoxylates?TX-10?four kinds of dispersing agents, polyethylene glycol20000 as a dispersant, the stability is better.?4?The preparation process was optimized to select the optimum concentration of dispersant at 5 wt%.?compared with the quality of barium titanate precursor in the ink?.The mass fraction of the precursor of barium titanate is between 5%and 16%,and the particle size of the precursor ceramic ink is between 1 and 50 nm.At high shear rate, the viscosity is between 1619 mPa·s,the surface tension is between 34 and 39mN/m,and the rheological parameters Z are all between 110,stable ink droplets can be formed that meet the performance requirements of ceramic inks in rapid prototyping.?5?Barium titanate precursor ceramics ink is sprayed with good rheological properties, and the post treatment of ceramic ink by dry pressing and sintering technology is used. The research shows that:in the spraying experiment, when the temperature is around 60?,the pressure is 0.450.5Mpa,spray gun and copper foil distance is 2030cm,there is a good spraying effect;in the molding experiment, the heating rate is slower, the higher the sintering temperature, the greater the molding pressure and the longer the holding time, the denser the ceramic body is.The optimum forming condition is that the molding pressure is 10MPa,the sintering temperature is 1000°C,and the pressure holding time is 5min,the prepared ceramic body of barium titanate has the best compact density and the bulk density reaches 81.6%.
