In this paper,a series of super-hydrophobic materials had been prepared,which not only have excellent hydrophobic performance but also have good mechanical properties,reflecting its practicability,the more details are as follows:Firstly,a superhydrpphobic polypropylene(PP)film which water contact angle reached 161.9° had been prepared with phase separation method,the effects of phase separation temperature,phase separation time,content of PP,dosage of 2-butanone,and the type of non-solvents on film hydrophobicity have been studied.Secondly,the dodecyl mercaptan and copper chloride have been selected as reactants to obtain the corresponding coordination compound,and then dispered in polyurethane sponge,which has a water contact angle of 166°,its favourable application in oil/water separation had been verified by experiments,and can be used repeatedly 44 times for oil-water separation.Furthermore,modified polyurethane/nano-silica superhydrophobic composite coating was prepared when take hydroxyl silicone oil and perfluorinated octanol as surface modification agents respectively with mechanical blending.Optimizing the preparation process,it is being found that when the content of perfluorinated octanol is 4.5g,dosage of toluene diisocyanate(TDI)is 15g,p-xylene as diluent,and the mass ratio of SiO2/PU is 0.2 to 0.4,the best coating has excellent hydrophobic performance,which water contact angle and slide angle reached 164.4°,2.3° respectively.Finally,fluorinated polyurethane/nano-silica superhydrophobic composite coating has been prepared by using in-situ polymerization.When the dosage of 30nm SiO2 is 8g,the dosage of trimethylsilane(TMP)is 1g,p-xylene as diluent,the water contact angle and slide angle reached 160.3°,7.5° respectively.while,its adhesion to aluminum sheet was grade 0,and pencil hardness was H,showing the favorable practicability.
