In this paper,carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose was used as raw materials,modified with cetyl dimethyl tertiary amine,triethanolamine,oleic acid amide propyl dimethyl tertiary amine to prepare three kinds of modified carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose(cetyl dimethyl tertiary amine modified carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose HD-CMHEC,triethanolamine modified carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose T-CMHEC,and oleic acid amide propyl dimethyl tertiary amine modified carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose OA-CMHEC).The preparation,rheological properties,crosslinking rheological process and drag reduction properties of three modified cellulose solution were studied.The main conclusions were as follows:1)Three modified cellulose were prepared,and the effects of reaction time,modifier content,reaction temperature,alkali content,alkalinization temperature and alkalinization time on the apparent viscosity of the product were determined.And the suitable preparation conditions of three kinds of modified carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose were achieved.2)The rheological properties of carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose solution and three modified cellulose solution were investigated,including the viscosity,flow curve,thixotropy,viscoelasticity.It was found that the modified product had a significant viscosity enhancing effect and enhanced thixotropy and viscoelasticity.The viscosity of 0.3%HD-CMHEC,0.3%T-CMHEC,and 0.3%OA-CMHEC solutions was 2.8 times,2.3 times,and 3.0 times higher than viscosity of 0.3%CMHEC,respectively.3)The effects of solution concentration,crosslinking agent concentration,pH regulator concentration,and temperature on the steady shear crosslinking and small amplitude oscillation crosslinking process of the three modified cellulose solutions were determined.Four-parameter crosslinked rheological kinetics equation can characterize the crosslinking process of modified cellulose.4)The drag reduction properties of three modified cellulose solution were obtained.The results showed that the maximum drag reduction rate of the modified cellulose solution was higher than 60%,and the drag reduction effect was better.In this paper,three kinds of modified cellulose were prepared,and cellulose-based fracturing fluid thickener were enriched and developed,which provided a certain rheological theoretical basis for its application.
